PLAY BY EAR (School of Contemporary Piano) is a music school based in Singapore that specialises in
teaching Contemporary Piano Improvisation. We offer only Pop Piano & Jazz Piano courses in our school, and
nothing else. This is what we specialise in. We are different because of the content we teach. Students with
no musical background or even Classical Music diplomas and degrees have come to learn from us. Our
students range from casual music enthusiasts to music teachers and even accomplished musicians. We are
not a glamourous, expensive type of school that relies on "brand-image" or celebrities to "link" students with us.
Our vision is simple - to impart the concepts of improvisation with an in-depth, creative teaching methodology.

You can get here by MRT (stop at Bugis MRT) or by taking bus services 7, 12, 63, 80, 175, 197, 851, 960. 980 or NR7 and alighting at Parco Bugis Junction or outside Bugis MRT.
