Piano Studio/Masterclass Studio Rental
The piano studios in Play by Ear Music School are designed for 1 or 2 persons' usage. Perfect for rehearsals, 1-to-1 lessons or just an individual practice
session, each studio is air-conditioned and comes equipped with a Yamaha CLP Clavinova digital piano. Rental of studios are subject to a minimum rental of
1 hour and is charged at a standard rate of S$10 per hour and S$5 for each subsequent half hour or part thereof.
The Masterclass Studio provides a cosy, intimate setting for presentations, workshops or group lessons. PowerPoint or video presentations are a cinch
with the pre-installed overhead projector, while the setup of 7 digital pianos, of which 6 are equipped with headphones, facilitates piano or keyboard
lessons in a group setting. The Masterclass studio can comfortably accommodate 12 persons if the use of pianos is not required. The maximum size for
any group piano lesson is 6. Rental of the Masterclass Studio is subject to a minimum rental of 1 hour and is charged at a standard rate of S$38 per hour
and S$19 for each subsequent half hour or part thereof.

Does your school or organization have aspiring musicians who would like to have fun developing their piano/keyboard skills together? The 2-hour pop/jazz
piano workshop is most suitable for learners who want a crash course to learn all they can about piano playing in a short space of time, like during the
school holidays. Notes from Play by Ear Music School's very own in-house P.B.E.S syllabus will be provided for all workshop participants. Have a
representative from your organization or school make a booking today, subject to a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 6 participants.

Do you need a Digital Piano for a special day, private party or a gig? Rent one from us with rates starting from $20 per day. You can choose to move the
rented Digital Piano yourself, or alternatively, we can, for an additional fee, arrange for transport to deliver the piano to your location and back. A sustain
pedal and X keyboard stand will also be included as part of the package.

we demonstrate on the piano how all musical forms really share similar origins. For example, classical music is really music written over painstaking hours
and days for the medieval European listener in a static, pre-arranged form. Improvisation helps you understand the underlying principles of music such
that you can create music in real-time. That's right, improvisers (aka musicians) create music on the spot (aka play by ear)!
For corporate bookings, the talk will be organized during lunch time. For academic institutions, the talk can be arranged in the day time around the students'
curriculum and enrichment needs. Kindly note that this talk is only available for secondary schools and tertiary institutions. Call or email us @
